Pain in patients post-SC is very common. This condition is caused by the effect of the anesthetic that wears off and the wound that was cut during the SC surgery procedure. This has an impact on the relationship between mother and child, as well as impaired mobility. This study aims to describe nursing care and the use of interventions in post SC patients. This research is a case study research that uses simple random side as a sampling method. The study was conducted in January 2022. The research instrument used a post partum assessment format and a pain assessment format. Researchers used the nursing care process from the assessment process to evaluation. The results showed that the patient experienced acute pain with a scale of 6 on the abdomen after surgery, such as cuts. Pain comes and goes, and occurs at any time, especially when moving. Giving guided imagination therapy for 3 days was able to reduce the pain scale felt. The research recommendation is that nurses can provide other non-pharmacological therapies to reduce pain that can be modified together with guided imagination therapy and pharmacological therapy.
