Evaluasi Penggunaan System Electronic Register (SER) Menggunakan Metode PIECES Di Puskesmas Karang Pulau Bengkulu Utara

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) di Puskesmas Karang Pulau Bengkulu Utara baru beroperasi pada tahun 2021. Sistem ini perlu dilakukan pengembangan di karenakan ada beberapa masalah yang ditemukan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi sistem, yang mana salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan metode PIECES agar sistem yang akan di kembangkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi System Electronic Register (SER). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil data yang diperoleh. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 4 petugas pendaftaran. Hasil penelitian diketahui pada System Electronic Register (SER) dalam aspek performance 100% petugas menjawab belum baik pada indikator kelengkapan menu dan 25% petugas menjawab belum baik pada indikator kemudahan penggunaan, aspek information 100% petugas menjawab belum baik pada indikator kelengkapan akurasi dan penyajian informasi, aspek control and security 100% petugas menjawab baik pada seluruh indikator, aspek efficiency 100% petugas menjawab baik pada seluruh indikator, aspek service 100% petugas menjawab baik pada seluruh indikator. Perlu adanya perbaikan pada aspek performance dan information yaitu  indikator kelengkapan menu, tampilan menu, akurasi serta penyajian informasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pendaftaran.

The results of the study found that on the System Electronic Register (SER) in the performance aspect, 100% of the officers answered that they were not good at the menu completeness indicator and 25% of the officers answered that they were not good at the ease of use indicator. , aspects of control and security 100% of officers answered well on all indicators, aspects of efficiency 100% of officers answered well on all indicators, service aspects of 100% officers answered well on all indicators. It is necessary to improve the performance and information aspects, namely indicators of menu completeness, menu display, accuracy and information presentation in order to improve the quality of registration services.
